Get Your Greens Smoothie


Sometimes you need a little help eating enough leafy greens only a daily basis when starting to incorporate more nutrient dense foods into your diet. This smoothie is the perfect place to start! The bold flavors of pineapple and banana takeover and you can't even taste the greens. Cheers, to your good health!

Ingredients

We suggest that you use all organic ingredients when possible.

1/4 cup pineapple, frozen

1 medium banana*

1 handful fresh spinach

1 handful fresh kale

2 tbsp. hemp seeds

1 cup water or unsweetened plant-based milk (almond, coconut, oat, etc.) You can add extra water if needed to get desired consistency.

Handful of ice

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and whip it up!

*Option-For those that aren't fans of bananas in their smoothies, you can omit the banana and use 1 cup of pineapple or sub a different fruit or berry. You do you!
