A simple and refreshing salad that is nutrient dense and satisfying enough to be your main course
We suggest you use all organic ingredients when possible
1 bag of arugula
5-6 beets, quartered
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, raw or toasted
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy!
